6 fl oz (180mL) Half & half

2 shots Espresso

1 oz (30g) Cappuccine Chocolate Decadence

1” strip Lemon peel (steep in espresso to flavor and remove prior to blending)

1/4 tsp (1mL) Caradamom

14 oz (420mL) Ice

Blend until smooth and top with whipped cream.
